Resources

Finding information online is not hard – finding something that is really helpful is very hard. This is why we started this website. We wanted to be able to help others trying to navigate such a complex set of health issues easily (okay, nothing about this is easy, but maybe what we have learned can help you).

Below are some of our favorite links. Aside from these, I do find the support groups on Facebook to be helpful. People ask all kinds of weird questions and get hundreds of answers – it helps to know you are not the only one, as well as see that there are as many different approaches to issues as there are people who have those issues.

If you have other resources that you like – or a comment, please feel free to contact us through the link at the bottom.
